Please fill out all information and enclose the form with your return items. The mailing date of your return package must be within 21 days of your receipt of the original order according to its tracking records. If you return a purchase beyond the 21 days time frame, we can only issue refund in the form of store credit.
Please mail your return package with a tracking number for your own records. All non-defective products must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached. We will process your return package as soon as we receive It. Thank you.
