How we process orders
- Once the order has been approved, we will need time to prepare it for quality control and packing. After the order has reached the processing stage, you may no longer change or cancel the order.
- For standard shipping, a tracking number will be available and emailed to you within 7 business days, you may then track your package via your local post service. Electronic tracking records may take a few days to update, it's normal if you do not see any information at first.
- We ship express via DHL, although we still need time to prepare your order and cannot ship out your order on the same day, but delivery is still much faster than standard shipping. You may expect your package to arrive within 2 business days after you have received a tracking number.
- Please be sure to enter a valid phone number at check out, without a phone number, the shipping carrier will not be able to make a delivery.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, please enter a physical address.
- We are based in the US, packages shipped to other countries might randomly get charged for duty tax. If you receive a notice from the customs for your package, please contact our customer service, we will do our utmost best to assist you with the issue. However, we do not take any responsibility for customs taxes. If you refuse a package due to taxes and the package gets returned to us, we can only issue a refund in store credits.
- If delivery failed due to erroneous shipping address entered in the original order or missing phone number, or if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier resulting in the package being returned to us, we can only refund you in store credits and we will not refund the original shipping cost. Please note that in such cases, even if your original order had enjoyed free shipping, you would not receive a full refund. We would deduct the appropriate shipping from the total refund, i.e. $9.95 for standard shipping and $19.95 for express shipping.
