How we process orders
- Once the order has been approved, we will need time to prepare it for quality control and packing. After the order has reached the processing stage, you may no longer change or cancel the order.
- Sneak Outfitters is a NYC based fashion store. However, our online store reaches out for an international market. Part of our inventory is manufactured overseas. Rather than transporting our inventory from the warehouse factory in China to the US, we chose to ship directly from our warehouse factory to customers all over the world. Designer lines such as Boy London etc will be shipped from our New York office. It's normal if your order came in two packages from two different warehouse addresses, you will not be charged an extra shipping fee for the second package. We offer free express DHL shipping worldwide on orders equal to or over $150.
- We ship all orders via DHL express shipping which takes only 4-7 days to deliver from date of order. You may expect your package to arrive within 2 business days after you have received a tracking number from us in email.
- Please be sure to enter a valid phone number at check out, without a phone number, the shipping carrier will not be able to make a delivery.
- We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, please enter a physical address.
- We are based in the US, packages shipped to other countries might randomly get charged for duty tax. If you receive a notice from the customs for your package, please contact our customer service, we will do our utmost best to assist you with the issue. However, we do not take any responsibility for customs taxes. If you refuse a package due to taxes, we can only issue a refund (minus the shipping fee) in store credits. Please note that in such cases, even if your original order had enjoyed free shipping, you would not receive a full refund. We would deduct the appropriate shipping from the total refund, i.e. $19.95 for DHL express shipping.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to erroneous shipping address entered in the original order or missing phone number, or if you ignored any pickup notice from the shipping carrier resulting in the loss of the package.

Thank you so much for shopping with us. During the most anticipated time of the year (October- January), we are expecting a large volume of orders. If you do not receive your package in the 4-7 days time frame, please be patience while DHL ships your package ASAP during this season.
