Returning for a refund
At Sneak Outfitters, our customer’s satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply fill out a return form and mail the item(s) to our New York Office within 21 days from the day you received your order. All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached (underwear and swimwear can not be returned). We require a tracking number for your return package. A refund is issued as soon as we have received and processed your return package, there is no restocking fee. You will get a refund receipt confirmation at the email address you used to place the order. As for how soon the refund will be posted to your account, it really depends on your bank. Paypal refunds are instant.

Returning for an exchange
If you are not happy with the color or size of your purchase, We would gladly exchange it for you in a different color/size after you return the original purchase. As soon as the return package arrives, we will start the exchange process. However, exchanging can take more than 10 days. We suggest that if you'd like to receive the new color/size faster, you might want to place a new order before sending back the original order to be refunded since we offer free shipping to many countries. Important: Please write your order number clearly on the outside of your return package, without an order number we would not be able to identify your return package and process it in a timely manner.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse. Please note that our warehouse does not handle customer service, be sure to mail your return package to our NYC headquarter office in Soho. Our design team and buying team in NYC office would also love to receive your feedback in person in order to improve our products.

 

Walk-in return:
Local customers from NYC may choose to return item(s) in person to our office in Soho.  Signature from one of our staff is required to confirm receipt of the returned item(s). You might also like to take the chance to browse our ongoing sample sale!
